ALCOHOL PROHIBITION WILL RISE AGAIN!

GOOD NEWS! We're starting the push for the big prize, a road into millions more homes to steal, children to kidnap, potential voters to disenfranchise. Quietly at first, mostly in youth based propaganda, we are rekindling the lobby for a return to alcohol prohibition!
In order to do it, we'll have to re-write history in even more ridiculous ways than we've had to to defend marijuana prohibition, but the ultimate goal, the destruction of freedom and democracy, is worth it!
From the "fact/fiction" youth propaganda website:
"A word about prohibition: lots of you hear the argument that alcohol prohibition failed—so why are drugs still illegal? Prohibition did work. Alcohol consumption was reduced by almost 60% and incidents of liver cirrhosis and deaths from this disease dropped dramatically (Scientific American, 1996, by David Musto). Today, alcohol consumption is over three times greater than during the Prohibition years. Alcohol use is legal, except for kids under 21, and it causes major problems, especially in drunk driving accidents".
While it will be nice to get real for a change, and stop pretending that alcohol is somehow safer than marijuana, we'll have to be patient.
The key is keep pretending that marijuana is more harmful than alcohol while using the marijuana legalization movement's "alcohol vs marijuana" arguments against itself. Then, once we've got alcohol illegal, we'll admit that alcohol has been more harmful all along but we'll use this as an angle for harsher enforcement and start claiming that marijuana leads to alcohol.
